EOP Students

The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is designed to provide access for students who demonstrate academic potential, talent and desire to earn a college degree. EOP assists students who are both academically and financially disadvantaged and provides additional services needed to ensure success.

Transfer students interested in EOP at SUNY Oneonta must have been enrolled in an EOP/HEOP/SEEK/College Discovery program at their prior institution. If your previous college did not have EOP or a similar program, you may be considered for transfer eligibility and should notify the Office of Admissions of your interest in EOP.
